ABOUT THE ARTWORK
All of the artworks are original, one-off pieces by Tom Cartmill .
Each artwork is varnished and has been made with the best available art materials on well-primed and prepared board. The works are back-mounted on a wooden support and are not intended to be framed - they come 'ready to hang' as the artist intends.
Each work will be delivered with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' signed by Tom Cartmill, the artist. This paperwork is a guarantee of authenticity of the artwork and is useful for proof of provenance and insurance purposes.

All content of this website, including images of artwork, is the property of Tom Cartmill and is protected by international copyright law. As per international copyright law, Tom Cartmill also retains the copyright in all works sold. Reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Tom Cartmill. All rights reserved.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover are accepted or regular account payments through PayPal.
Security
Payments by credit card are taken via a proprietary international credit card gateway system. No credit card details are stored or are accessible to me.
This online gallery/store also uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the highest level of encryption commercially available.
If I want to use Paypal, do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to use Paypal to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
SHIPPING
Both domestic and international orders are accepted. Orders are usually shipped out within 2 working days via a fully insured & trackable courier. Orders within the UK are fulfilled by Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day).
International Orders
International orders (from my studio in the UK), necessarily take longer - please allow up to 15 days, depending on your location. It is possible to get your package to you much faster, but that would mean increasing postage costs considerably. If you would like a delivery within 5 days, please contact me and I will give you a quote for postage.
International packages may be subject to import taxes and/or other customs fees associated with shipping and purchasing. International customers are responsible for any and all customs, fees, taxes and duties, should they be imposed by their respective countries.
Shipping charges for items returned to me for failure to pay import taxes are not refunded.
RETURN POLICY
Great care is taken over the packaging of ordered works. In many years of experience of sending work by courier, Tom has never had any work damaged in transit.
If you have any problems with receiving an order, or are unhappy with a picture ordered please contact Tom. He is keen for you to be completely happy with your purchase.
It is not recommended your having your order shipped to an office or university or any address with a mail room, front desk or other indirect delivery method, as these may not get the delivery to you. Residential addresses are always preferable.
